The Hidden Election: J.D. Vance on the Yellow-Brick Road
I want to begin with a terrifying thought that no one else has had, or at least expressed. As follows:
J. D. Vance is the candidate of the Republican Party’s Far Right: or, what we can correctly call the Fascist Right; the Nazi Party in its unalloyed racist incarnation. He is to be the President in waiting; that is the end game; the rest is just a charade.
What’s the reasoning here? Simply put: everyone knows that Trump is demented. You won’t find an accomplished therapist who will deny it, a family member, a military or national security officer who worked for Trump. The campaign managers, et al., are as smart and perceptive as anybody else: ideology doesn’t prevent that.
On the contrary, it often leads to insights that others have avoided. When General Miley says that Trump is unable to handle the position of Commander-in-Chief, he speaks for them all: including the Republicans who can’t fail to observe what is going on. (Cf. the “despicable” Mitch McConnell, who has so described Trump. Takes one to know one.)
In other words, they will need a replacement. Trump can still win the election, his mental deficit seems to upset none of his base; his White nationalist masculinity still has its appeal to his followers, and those who are absolutely unwilling to follow a cosmopolitan, egalitarian, non-white female.
Enter J.D.Vance: it was so obvious that why should we be surprised? And his debate performance, against a visibly reluctant Tim Walz, clinched the deal: he did what Trump could not possibly do against Kamala. To sum up: It’s as subtle as betting the pot on four Kings. If Trump will be the 47th President, Vance will be the 48 th. Quite possibly for two terms, since he will not do anything visibly stupid. And Trump, having been vindicated electorally, will retire to do his neo-Nazi act in peace.
As for Vance, what has to be understood is that he has been groomed and is owned by Peter Thiel, who will spend unfathomable amounts of his wealth as the hell-bent advocate of an Absolute Monarchy in which Big Tech (himself) is a governing Patriarchy, in which women do not have the right to vote–all of which is laid out in Project 2025 with very little camouflage; the net result being the abolition of all government regulation in the “public interest” and of all egalitarian policies.
Vance, though he tries to soft-pedal it, worked on that document: It elaborates Thiel’s outlook, (and that of Kevin Roberts, head of he Heritage Foundation) as well as that of Curtis Yarvin, Thiel’s philosophical source and advocate of violent overthrow. And we do mean overthrow.
All of the above can be found in the writings of Yarvin (look him up on YouTube), who described the Norwegian massacre in which 77 persons were killed–including many children–as “not having gone far enough.” To his expressed regret there were “Leftists” left alive. More immediately, he is the original author of RAGE: “Retire All Government Employees”–which is of course one of Trump’s intentions that can be taken with complete seriousness, along with the elimination of “The Enemy Within”
Government by, for, and of the wealthy: Abraham Lincoln laid to rest like some ragged scarecrow. There is no way to stop this from happening–except for Harris to win the election. I can make no prediction about that.
